SSENSE is a Montreal-based fashion platform with global reach. It was founded in 2003, and it is currently serving 114 countries. While achieving high double-digit annual growth since its inception, its field of focus has grown beyond that of a typical e-commerce entity as it explores the nexus of content, commerce, and culture. More than just a retailer, SSENSE is becoming a cultural protagonist in its own right.

  • Built the Brand Strategy department and the Marketing roadmap from the ground up;

  • Created the SSENSE brand platform and led the visual identity redesign including logo, art direction, editorial direction, and market positioning;

  • Initiated and hosted SSENSE in-house innovation competition: the BrandLab;

  • Established the physical retail concept, partnering with David Chipperfield
    Architects;

  • Built the customer journey for the new Montreal flagship store;

  • Set up the Customer Insights foundations and the strategy for SSENSE Loyalty
    program;

  • Planned and executed the Brand Partnerships Strategy and Marketing
    campaigns including many successful partnerships;
